After many years as a dancer, choreographer, performer and teacher working both in NYC and Europe, Kathy's interest for wholeness and wellness led her to the Trager® Approach and Continuum Movement. While on faculty at the Swedish Dance College in Stockholm Sweden in ‘89, Kathy began her studies with Trager. Moving back to the States in ‘90, Kathy continued her dance career, teaching dance and yoga at the University of Massachusetts Dance Degree Program. Kathy became a Certified Trager® Practitioner in ’91 and a Certified Pilates Instructor in ’92.

As her life continued to expand she married and gave birth to her daughter, a major turning point in Kathy’s life and career. It was during her pregnancy, that Kathy was first introduced to Continuum Movement by her doula. Kathy became an Authorized Continuum Movement Teacher in 2002. She continues to work with Emilie Conrad, founder of Continuum; with Susan Harper; with Deane Juhan; with Peter Kingsley, Ph. D and with Dr. Gary David in Epistemics and Affect Psychology. Kathy lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She has a private practice and offers weekly Continuum Movement classes, monthly workshops, sponsors Trager® trainings and tutors Trager® students. Kathy also practices at Partners In Healing of Minneapolis, a Center for Holistic Health.

“I was born dancing with a suitcase in my hands and a strong desire to travel.  Little did I know the traveling would ultimately be inward, which my work as a Trager® Practitioner and Continuum Movement Teacher invokes.” “We are all dancers and travelers…may our paths meet”
